本規約は、モバイルアプリ「Timing」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めます。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは匿名アカウントを自動的に発行します。登録手続きは不要です。匿名アカウントは端末内の認証情報に紐づくため、アプリを削除するとレートや戦績を引き継ぐことはできません。
オンライン対戦では、まず同程度のレートの他の利用者を検索します。一定時間内に対戦相手が見つからない場合、コンピュータが操作する対戦相手(BOT)と対戦することがあります。 BOT との対戦もレートに反映されますが、その変動幅は人間との対戦より小さく設定されています。
また、ランキング画面には、参加者が少ない時間帯でも順位表として機能するよう、コンピュータが生成した順位が含まれることがあります。
以下の行為を禁止します。
これらに該当すると判断した場合、事前の通知なくアカウントの利用を制限または停止することがあります。
本アプリは「広告削除」の買い切り課金を提供します。購入すると、以降バナー広告と全画面広告は表示されません。
本アプリおよびそれに含まれるプログラム、デザイン、音声、その他一切のコンテンツに関する権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが中断なく利用できること、誤りがないこと、特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。
本アプリは体内時計の感覚を競う娯楽を目的としたものであり、時間の計測装置ではありません。測定の正確性を要する用途には使用しないでください。
当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。
当方は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。サービス終了時、購入済みのアプリ内課金について返金は行いません。
本規約を変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。変更後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern your use of the mobile application “Timing” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App issues an anonymous account automatically. No registration is required. Because the account is tied to credentials stored on your device, uninstalling the App means your rating and match history cannot be transferred or recovered.
In online matches, we first search for another player with a comparable rating. If no opponent is found within a short period, you may be matched against a computer-controlled opponent (a bot). Matches against bots affect your rating, though by a smaller amount than matches against humans.
Leaderboards may also include computer-generated entries so that the rankings remain meaningful when few players are online.

The App offers a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase. Once bought, banner and interstitial advertisements are permanently disabled.
All rights in the App, including its software, design, audio, and other content, belong to us or our licensors.
The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.
The App is entertainment based on your sense of time. It is not a timekeeping instrument. Do not use it where measurement accuracy matters.
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may change the App or discontinue it at any time without prior notice. We do not provide refunds for in-app purchases if the service is discontinued.
If we change these terms, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
