本ポリシーは、モバイルアプリ「Timing」(以下「本アプリ」)における情報の取り扱いを説明します。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。メールアドレス、氏名、電話番号、生年月日、住所、連絡先は一切収集しません。

クレジットカード番号や決済情報を本アプリが受け取ることはありません。 決済はすべて Apple および Google が処理します。
BGM・効果音・バイブレーションの設定、表示言語、広告削除を購入済みかどうかのキャッシュ。これらはサーバーへ送信されません。アプリを削除すると消去されます。
以下の事業者に対し、上記目的の範囲でのみ情報を送信します。情報を販売することはありません。
法令に基づく開示請求を受けた場合を除き、これら以外の第三者へ情報を提供することはありません。
無料でご利用の場合、画面下部のバナー広告および対戦後の全画面広告を表示します。アプリ内課金「広告削除」を購入すると、以降これらの広告は表示されません。
iOS では、パーソナライズされた広告のために端末のトラッキング許可を求める場合があります。許可しなくても本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます。
欧州経済領域(EEA)・英国など法令で同意が必要な地域では、広告の表示前に同意を確認するメッセージを表示します。同意しない場合は、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されるか、広告が表示されません。
本アプリは13歳未満(欧州経済領域においては16歳未満)の方を対象としていません。該当する方の情報を意図的に収集することはありません。誤って収集したことが判明した場合は速やかに削除します。
匿名アカウントは端末のアプリ内に保存された認証情報に紐づいています。iOS では認証情報が端末のキーチェーンに保存されるため、アプリを入れ直しても同じアカウントへ復帰できる場合があります。また、アプリ内「設定 > データ引き継ぎ」で発行されるコードを使うと、レート・戦績・購入を別の端末へ移すことができます。引き継ぎコードを控えずにアプリを削除し、認証情報も失われた場合は、アカウントへ復帰できなくなります。
「合同会社Node」が開発するアプリ「Timing」について、サーバー上のデータの削除は次の手順でリクエストできます。

アプリをアンインストールしただけでは、サーバー上のデータは削除されません。削除には上記の手順によるリクエストが必要です。
お住まいの地域の法令(EU 一般データ保護規則、カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法など)に基づき、ご自身の情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限を請求する権利を有する場合があります。行使を希望される場合は連絡先までお問い合わせください。
通信はすべて暗号化(HTTPS)されます。サーバー上のデータには行レベルセキュリティを適用し、各利用者は原則として自身の記録のみを参照できます。レートや勝敗はすべてサーバー側で算出しており、端末から書き換えることはできません。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更を行う場合はアプリ内で通知します。

This policy explains how the mobile application “Timing” (the “App”) handles information.
The App does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your email address, name, phone number, date of birth, postal address, or contacts.

The App never receives your credit card number or payment details. All payments are processed by Apple and Google.
Music, sound effect, and haptics settings; display language; and a cached flag indicating whether you own the ad-removal purchase. These are never sent to our servers and are erased when you uninstall the App.
We transmit information to the following providers solely for the purposes above. We do not sell your information.
We do not disclose information to any other third party except when required by law.
If you use the App for free, we display a banner advertisement at the bottom of the screen and an interstitial advertisement after matches. Purchasing the “Remove Ads” in-app purchase disables both permanently.
On iOS, we may ask for permission to track you in order to serve personalized ads. Declining does not restrict any feature of the App.
In regions where consent is required by law, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a consent message is shown before ads are served. Without consent, non-personalized ads or no ads are shown.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
Your anonymous account is tied to credentials stored inside the App on your device. On iOS, the credentials are kept in the system keychain, so reinstalling the App may restore the same account. You can also move your rating, records, and purchase to another device using the code issued on the in-app “Settings > Data Transfer” screen. If you uninstall the App without noting your transfer code and the credentials are lost, the account cannot be recovered.
To request deletion of your server-side data from “Timing,” developed by Node LLC:

Uninstalling the App does not, by itself, delete your server-side data. Deletion requires the request above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your information under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Contact us to exercise these rights.
All network traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Server-side data is protected by row-level security, so you can generally read only your own records. Ratings and match outcomes are computed entirely on the server and cannot be altered from a device.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date. We will notify you inside the App of any material change.
